There have been a few folks that I have spoken with that are interested in a meet up out this way, but thus far, we've not gotten anything together.It's definitely challenging to find relevant Canadian content, but there is enough that transfers over from the US that I've found this forum to be quite helpful and informative.

 @Kenneth Garrett,When I was looking at units in the Indy area which is sorta kind relevant-ish one of the biggest challenges is the amount of wear on the property if you have 2bd 1ba units then it can potentially make sense for section 8 as the amount of wear on the property can be managed by the fact that there just isn't that much space in the unit.In larger units one can potentially have high wear which can result in cynical attitudes like that of @Gail KaitschuckIn the Indy area property managers, owners and tenants seem to collude together.
