@George Fitz Yeah, prices have had a general downward trend over the last decade with the end of CAMP (the semi-militarized air raids on outdoor grows) in the area, as well as a ton of a ton of cheap, low quality marijuana grown by Mexican cartels, mostly on public land flooding the market.

They sometimes start out decent then quality of work goes down or prices go way up.I would welcome any referrals from people here who have good handymen /contractors that they can refer who have investor/rental/rehab level pricing.
