@J. Martin definitely can help you. My dad and brother are so busy that they couldn't take on any new work for the next several months.

Good luck Vicki.

@Vicki S, I use my handyman and his crew for my projects. Unfortunately, he's overbooked right now, like most great people are ;)

Here's some place to start: Talk to @Daniel S. , who is a general contractor who lives in Oakland, a great guy, and offered up his West Oakland property for one of my prior meetups. He could be interested, or he has some contacts for other GC's.

@David C. has done many flips in the Bay, and I'm sure has some contacts also. @Andrew Fingado is a property manager in Richmond, and has a nice rolodex of contacts/references in the Bay. @David Sanchez , @Chris Music , and @Denise Madrid are also flippers in the Bay, and may have some contacts they can share.

Again, a lot of good people are very busy at this part of the cycle, but between all these referrals, I'm sure you should be able to find someone.

Good luck on your deals! Too many great deals is a fantastic problem to have! Hope to see you soon :)
