Greetings,

My name is Graham Lyster. My wife, Jenni, and I are newbies in the real estate investing world . I flipped a property several years ago when I was working in the mortgage industry, and also had a Handyman business for several years. I was a licensed contractor in California, but let my license expire when I moved to Arizona 12 years ago.

Our intention is to start wholesaling before moving into fixing and flipping, with our ultimate goal of building a rental portfolio for retirement. First, we have to educate ourselves, and from what I've already read on here, this definitely seems to be the place be. I look forward to fun and fruitful interaction with you all.

Graham
