His marketing systems have been tremendously helpful to me for growing my business. 

A good direct mail campaign also includes automated systems to receive phone calls when someone responds to your mail (in the event you're not available) & websites.

A minisplit  system with appropriate heat capacity will cost 5-6 k per level (only 2 heads a level). 

It's not a 'set it and forget it' system, though.
