I wouldn't go any further south than Myrtle Beach Resort, which is between Myrtle Beach and Surfside. 

Obviously I'm not asking anyone to do the leg work for me,  and realize I still am going to have to do my share of due diligence, just curious if there's any current players in the game that had any insight on this.

Currently there is not a ski resort within an hour and half so that would be huge for making the place not only a summer but winter destination.

i was told her give him 3 options to choose. pretty much seller finance his equity and off the deed when agreed debt is met. get a loan for X amount onetime payment or last resort cashout refi and pay him off but she prob cant afford that with new rates. 

@John Dersoe I knew an investor a while back who would buy mobile homes in parks near coastal areas and resort towns.

You're right, my resume wouldn't be enough for you to be attracted to any deal I would possibly have; I heard that word a lot during the conference is that a Key Player or Key Principle? 

Resorting to putting up fake signs and trying to make it appear that change is coming when it may or may not be is misleading at best.
