Hello All! - Any Myrtle Beach STR's

Hi fellow STR owners!

My wife and myself just purchased our first STR property in Myrtle Beach and currently are in the process of updating and getting the house rental worthy. We would love to network with other STR owners who may reside in the Myrtle Beach area as well.

I've been doing my due diligence and reading many posts on this forum... it has been extremely eye opening and educational to say the least and now I hope to be able to contribute to the community over time. =)

Hi Bryce, not sure if your question was for me or Jeff, but happy to respond.  You won't get a lot of booking in Murrells Inlet.  That area is very popular with retirees but not vacationers.  I wouldn't go any further south than Myrtle Beach Resort, which is between Myrtle Beach and Surfside.  Most of my clients are buying on the northern end of Myrtle Beach and in North Myrtle Beach.  I have a list of suggested lenders that loan on oceanfront condos if you need help with financing.
