Beginner Friendly Sponsoring Brokers?

Hello all! I have finally pulled the trigger and am in the process of studying to take my Arkansas salesperson real estate exam. I am in the process of looking for the brokerage who I will be affiliated with, and was wondering if anyone had any insights for the Central Arkansas markets. Ideally, it would be a training-heavy brokerage, as I'm wanting to ensure there is plenty of resources for me to grow and develop my skillets. Obviously I'm not asking anyone to do the leg work for me,  and realize I still am going to have to do my share of due diligence, just curious if there's any current players in the game that had any insight on this. Thanks in advance!
