Flipping is a speed game, it's not too dangerous to project the sale price of a house 90 days out, but 3 years out is a gamble.

Also I thought I'd go over and lightly sand down at least the high peaks or areas where the previous person left excess mud.

Might take me some time to get up to speed but the site is awesome!

Real estate has always been a subject that peaked my interest and it's time I follow up on those avenues that will assist with providing me with the right information to do so. 

For example, Inglewood (east nashville) at its peak in August and September hit about $220 a square foot.

The market here in So Cal was very hot and was about at the peak. 

I have a credit build up plan for the next 6-8 months but i would like to meet one because they might be able to help me speed up the process to get the property. 

But for people who have just accumulated a lot of stuff, letting them walk away can really speed things up.  

Cameras are installed to mail tickets for traffic violations, speed traps are set up, and our homes are inspected so that cities can tell us what is ok and what is not ok (each time charging us money for the inspectors unsolicited services).
