I would think that a foreclosing lender would probably not have obtained a copy of the lease from the owner that they foreclosed on.

Un-redeemed Liens: After two years, a lien holder can begin proceedings in Superior Court to foreclose on the certificate in an effort to obtain title/possession of the property.

Are you obtaining mortgages on these properties or paying cash, commercial loans, private money?

I have info on how to obtain the loan for this as of now and I know zoning conversion won't be an issue.
