Newbie from Irmo, SC

I have recently become interested in real estate and I am looking to expand my knowledge.  I have no previous experience in real estate.  I have set a goal of obtaining my real estate license by the end of the year in order to help learn the business, as well as work in the field in order to generate more income to begin investing in real estate.  I currently work full-time and will have to start working this on the side.

I have already been reading a lot on this forum and think this is a great site.  Thank you to everyone who posts on this site and provides valuable information.
