Hi everyone!

My name is Dwight Wilson and I have enough real estate knowledge to make me dangerous.  I desire to be a full-time investor and am transitioning from the "analysis paralysis" stage.  I have some experience but not enough education to really do the things to meet my goals.  I'm hoping to gain the knowledge I need to make an investment in the very near future and then build on that momentum.  My short term goals are to buy and sell at least five properties and then buy and hold at least five.  Long term, I'd like to invest in multi-family units.

Thanks
