I recently found a duplex in puerto rico that I can house hack but I'm just worried about the economic situation in puerto rico. the house is in a small town of Coamo not the metro area. should I take this risk of investing in Puerto Rico?

.$2 mm house or not you will have headaches with carts regardless and in our experience it's just not worth the hassle.my recommendation is work a deal with a local place you can refer them to and get a small referral fee from.

Get a house over a condo if you can.I've been looking at a beach house to rent in Myrtle Beach and they are pricely and calenders look pretty full.

The main house is a 3/2 ~1400 sq. ft. and the other is a 2/2 around 1000 sq. ft.

All the housing that’s around the Palisades and Northstar ski resorts is also unincorporated Placer County.
