Hard to really know until I walked the job but that looks like a very nice bathroom.

For instance, my last area I moved from, a total gut interior with exterior work was around 60 per Sq foot, total gut interior-only was about 30 per square foot and a cosmetic rehab (bathroom, flooring, kitchen, etc) was 20 a square foot. 

Looking for a general contractor in the Atlanta Georgia area for kitchen/bathroom windows rehab.Any recommendations?

My partner and I are looking to list our home soon, but can't decide if we want to finish the basement bathroom.

Tore out/replaced the old kitchen, flooring, trim, bathrooms, windows, doors, garage door and opener.

Something like replacing a countertop can be done with it occupied, but redoing a bathroom...not as easy.Is the current rent below market value based on the current condition of the home?

My best deals are things that look scary/ominous but are really easy fixes- luv garages that are titling, stucco that is bubbling, bathrooms that obviously are guts ect  so less experienced people run away Or create such a big $ buffer that  they aren’t competitive.  

In our case we are keeping lawn mowed, sweeping deck, wiping counters and bathrooms and vacuuming every day. if I had a tenant doing that for $200 I’d consider it well worth it.

Some people will say a bathroom cost $20k and kitchen costs $40k, 8 people might say that, but they might all be in the same kind of market and price ranges.
