Cost to Replace a Hot Tub With Shower Stall With Walls Around It

Hi, BP. I'm going to put an offer in on a property. In one unit there's a hot tub in the bedroom. I would like to remove the hot tub and put a shower stall in its place. 

I would also like walls and a door around the shower stall for privacy. For those of you familiar with rehab costs I'm wondering the approximate price range of this would be. 

I've included photos of the current hot tub/layout as well as the shower stall I have in mind (something similar to this).
