I attended the last KCIG event and unfortunately it was a guru speaking/selling his system.

I will also look in to your recommendations.Please let me know if you or any of your clubs in Boston are hosting any events and I will do my best to attend and hope to meet you at some point. 

But I do enjoy large social events (food festivals).Also, I'll be drafting a letter to potential sellers letting them know a little bit about me.

Afterwards, I took all of this $7000, and invested it in real estate courses, books, networking events and more so it could bring me even closer to my goal of being financially free before the age of 30.Having read all of this, the affirmation “you need to be rich to succeed in real estate” is a MYTH!

I am directly involved with some educational events through out Philadelphia and well networked in with a solid power team!

Aside from that, most wholesaler I know have a clause in the contract that allows them to back out in the event they cannot assign the property. 

Lucky for you, you are in a state that is booming.I advise you to join real estate events in your area.
