Hey everybody, I’m getting out of high school and looking to do my first deal.

Had pictures and video ready before we closed, and relisted for sale the day after we bought it for 700k higher.

Highly recommend. 

I am not a fan for increasing density in highly desirable areas just because people want to live there. 

I'd highly suggest coming to one of the local meetups to network with other locals that are interested in doing this.

Notable mentions include the High Roller observation wheel, the Neon Museum, the Eiffel Tower observation deck, and more.

Price too high, location...?

The land is mostly forested with a year-round stream running through it - it's beautiful and private and was largely unaffected by the recent floods as it sits high up and consists of large hills.

I am a 27 year old, born and raised in the metro Detroit area of Michigan, a former collegiate gymnast at EMU and Pitt, a current Manager of a CS team at a highly functional Sports Tech company, AND (most importantly) I am officially a new homeowner as of today!
