Students as a tenants

HEy everyone,

want to know if someone here have expiriance with rentals for students?

what should I know before I rent my property to students?

Do I have to calculate extra repairs or something?

There is absolutely a premium you can attain from renting to students driven by a few key items:

1. Roommate Matching Services

2. Bulk Utilities and WiFi

3. Amenities

4. Furnishings and Utensils

However, you should absolutely be prepared for higher turnover (students don't stay for years) and their lifestyle (being young and dumb as we all were) leads to more wear and tear. 

The KEY however is to ensure you have parents as guarantors!
