I had to wait what seemed like forever to get cash flow on my leveraged properties.

Congratulations on looking at people’s comments and thinking about this and just because you make one decision now doesn’t mean you’re stuck with it forever nor does it mean it’s the end all be all for every property you purchase.

That's always been my argument when I hear the young FI / minimalist camp plus 1 forever renting.

But most non-government jobs don't last forever.

People are still buying . and keep in mind there is still a ton of folks that own their move up home free and clear or nearly so they can discount a little buy that brand new forever home from Us  :) and pay cash or close to it.. 

U should be able to negotiate this to a win win.. if not I guess it would be a pass unless you think you are going to keep it forever.

There's no perfect property and I don't believe in the forever home.

I have posting against bothering to transfer small, individual properties into an LLC forever.

The government lives forever and can increase their income at will by raising taxes.

No one can expect to live for free forever, especially while making good money.
