It's starting to paint a picture of your fiance being on title to your parents' house, that now has a higher P&I payment, so your fiance could borrow money, to lend to you, and then you and her get in a fight and she refuses to sign when your parents want to sell the house, oh and now we have to fight over who owes what portion of the P&I payment, and on, and on, and on.I'm generally of the opinion that taking care of the real estate we currently own is more important than acquiring additional real estate (the RE agents are about to call me a heretic, that's OK :P ).
