Since i am in the early stages of my career, i dont have a problem with sweat equity and i have the time as well.

I'm just getting started into Real Estate Investing and am currently still in the education stage.

It's been my plan for a while but my wife is now coming around to the idea....As I've done my research I can see that we should be eligible to build a detached unit which puts us at the 1200 sq ft limit in either single or double story (ours would need to be double as I want to get 2 beds and 1.5 bath min).During my research I came across this resource Hasauble https://www.hausable.com and I wanted to see if anyone here had used them & if so to what stage in the process?

Is this something you also take into consideration or are you talking about replacements at the start of the deal in the rehab stage?

After getting staging set and pictures taken, landscaping completed, we listed the property around March 5th, right at the beginning of the spring selling season.

Pour all excess funds including the cash flow, back to paying off the mortgage.

Always stage Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Newbie here - No deals under my belt yet, I'm still in the education/learning phase (though, I guess you never really do leave that stage).
