Real Estate Agents in Central Indiana?

Hello everyone!

My name is John Martin and I am currently 22 years old. I'm just getting started into Real Estate Investing and am currently still in the education stage. I've been listening to the podcasts, watching webinars, reading books and learning all I can. I currently live in Edinburgh, IN. Though my state of residence at the moment is Cheyenne, WY. (Is that an issue?).

I've recently learned how to analyze deals for rental property and would like to connect with real estate agents in Central Indiana, preferably Columbus, Edinburgh, Franklin, Indianapolis areas. So as to start analyzing deals!

I also welcome advice that anyone would like to offer a new Investor.

Thank you for your time!
