You need to find some good people, like build a relationship with good contractors, inspectors, landscapers, people you will need to get your work done perfect and promply..

At the end of it, the second person's credit is excellent and then they fly the coop (so to speak).The two people that I know of didn't have any money exchange hands for this service, it was done as a courtesy between friends.I would love to find someone willing to do this for me.
