Do you guys have a networking event in the DFW area monthly? 

Hi @Ronald Cvetkovic , wow, I did not know all those events.

I agree with Jon - I believe @Mike Hurney is involved with REIA events in the Boston area.  

I plan to find a better PM soon or maybe try to do it myself, if possible.We would be in Fort Lauderdale.Last summer when we were on vacation for a month in Florida, several severe events happened at one of the buildings in MN and I was surprised how easily I could fix the problems remotely with just a few phone calls.

I heard about a Fortune Builders event (I didn't know what it was at the time) and decided to go to the 2 hour seminar.  

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.

In addition to Darren's comments, attending live events such as the one Darren is putting on later this month is beneficial to you for a number of reasons.

Attend REIAs or other events in your local area and start asking around. 

Since you want to look at those other markets make sure to set up some keywords for those as well and connect with people there.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.
