This is a total departure from the behavior before move in. 

I am concern the dog might bite the kids next door.

That dog don't hunt here in Texas anyway with all the allergens in the air.

Why can't they come inside the house and take showers vs. living like stray dogs?

Originally wanted a single family home with a decent yard due to my dogs.

I’m specifically looking for help with bird dogging and wholesaling as I am under 18 and only have a low 5 figure amount of capital and am looking too build more so I can acquire my first property as soon as I turn 18. 

Is there a way to get in contact with somebody who may want to do the legwork themselves and give me a bit of a cut for finding the property, sort of like bird dogging without the possible legal ramifications that vary state by state?

Can anybody confirm if this is normal or bogus behavior from a lawyer?
