seems like the simple solution is to make a small payment every month so it shows up on your credit report that you made a payment. 

I’m sure as many people on the forum discussed if the tenants are good tenants and are having issues during this time I don’t see why we as landlords can’t try to come to a reasonable win win solution.

Mostly smaller mom 'n pop shops whose customer based won't return fast enough to bring them back to solvency and some other businesses who were teetering on the edge of going out of business will be knocked out by this blow. 

Nothing super fancy or custom as that would add to the cost.

@Michael Plaks I think the withdrawal method will be a good, safe solution.  

The banks portals are only staying open for a certain period of time and usually for existing customers only.Just because you apply doesn't mean automatic approval.

It's been interesting to say the least but everyone is working together to figure out options and or solutions.

Owner gets newness euphoria of opening a location and sales rush in but if the operator doesn't execute at a high level for customer service, fair pricing, and consistent great food time after time then the customers won't be returning on a regular basis if at all.

If a house is on a slab, it sometimes requires drilling through driveways, sidewalks, etc and injecting the solution into the soil through the holes.
