I was very naïve in the beginning but my mentor taught me to take control of situations, even if that means calling/texting someone that is involved in the deal once a day for 30 days straight (I have done this with a lender recently because the deal was being put on the back burner). 

Has anyone utilized Verdant or Carson for HVAC and/or electronic door controls? 

I was able to control where my funds were distributed in my 401K and I did very well with it in my career.

One option is to put a lock box cover over it and designate a set temp for the winter but personally I would rather not do that as I know I would rather have control over my temp as a renter. 

These are meetings where investors, wholesalers, realtor and others, usually get together once a month, in most areas of the country and discuss all types of real estate ventures.
