Should I sell or Keep

Annette Merxado

Hi everyone :)

I own property in Kissimmee Fl I'm thinking about selling and using that money I make to buy more property as I could cash out. The only problem is I get attached.  what would you do?  the money I will make can help me buy about 3 or more other properties.   Without the sale, I don't have the money to move on to my next venture.  The area is up and coming and I am super confused.  Any suggestions?

Why don't you refi or do a HELOC. Then you can hold the property but leverage the equity. If the area is hot it'll only appreciate more.
