So many cranks on the comment boards these daysI have found zillow estimates a useful starting point for further research.  

Once a tax deed has remained for three years on the LOL the Board of County Commissioners will approve the escheatment of the property to the county.As an applicant for tax deed you also, just as any other citizen, can bid at the tax deed sale.  

I doubt anyone will be able to give you great advice via a message board without knowing more about your overall situation.

Recovery is underway....and the board's doom and gloomers are decidedly reticent.

I understand that the details of every deal will be different but I'm guessing that there are some guiding principles the most successful investors on this board use.

Once I own the home, I control it, not the previous owner, not some board of directors, not any stockholders... just ME.

My reason for asking is two fold: 1) see if any were worth attending and 2) meet some local people from this board.

I've been trying to wrap my head around the prices on MF property the last couple of years, and I chalked a lot of it up to big REITs backed by foreign money (and other foreign investors buying up the biggest stuff at extremely low Cap rates just to park their money someplace stable.)

I thought paying my LLC rent would make it more above board.
