I wouldn't even bother to change photos if I were you.

This is just "those people" making sales pitches probably to make some more money and perhaps inflate their head some more.That "Poor Dad, Rich Dad" (whatever) book that I didn't bother to buy because the Amazon reviews seemed to make me think it had too much "upsell/sales pitch.  

I don't bother estimating taxes when I buy.

Sorry to bother You but I was doing my research and found only a few properties for sale in Collin County (At Perdue Brandon website only resale properties no sale, nothing found at Linebarger site, and at Collin county website - constables sales notices page, only 3 properties).If You could give me some directions if It´s right or if I´m missing something I would really appreciate. 

Hi @Alison Kippan I have looked at the properties in Penticton and what you are describing for cap rate is true over there also, that's why I haven't bothered looking in BC and am looking in WA state.

Leaks around the toilets were being fixed and they were asking 900 for rent.Her trying to get me to make an offer without all the facts bothers me.
