I haven't used TurboTax in a long time, but my guess is it does not categorize automatically for you. 

Hi All,I am currently managing and automating my daily vacation rental tasks through Airtable, which I have connected to a number of online softwares through their API's (Gmail for emails, Twilio for SMS's, Slack for Notifications....etc) in order to achieve my desired custom workflows, and cut down on time spent in front of a computer.I am now at the point of automating my vacation rental bookkeeping tasks and would be grateful for any help with the following:I would like to automatically create a QuickBooks Online Invoice for each customer as soon as they pay for the reservation.

So, recently the default settings have been changed so that any time I contribute to a forum thread it automatically signs me up to "follow" it. 

They then go into individual worksheets automatically which in turn calculates my cash flow, expenses, deposits, withdrawals, and anything else you can imagine.

Someone spilled a cup of coffee on themselves...automatic millionaire.  

Keep in mind, when this market shifts, make sure the business plan has a contingency plan to weather a pull-back i.e. have sufficient reserves, have invested for cashflow, have flexible financing.

If my internet was restricted at a rental I would automatically ding the review one star.

When I had a number of mortgages to pay, the monthly mortgage payments consists of a number of debits, and a number of credits, so I press one button to make all the entries for each transaction, and you can have it scheduled that'll automatically enter it when you open up QuickBooks.  

What does the BP community think about this shift? 

When a non represented buyer comes up and wants to write an offer I do not automatically turn into a "dual agent".
