In the not to distant future a company called Hogslat will be building a large production facility in Wright County.

How would you all go about finding buyers for a large apartment complex.

Mobile home park 50 pads... is there a difference between a residential home and a large deal like this contract wise?

Also, the house is so large (2400 sf)  that I'd have 15 people living in there within a month. 

I also have an ad for the house in Kijiji and Craigslist.

To any realtors on the east coast (any state from NJ,NY,PA & ME ) i would really hands down appreciate being added to a daily MLS update or anything along those lines ? 

I have a very good contact that we use for large projects throughout the NY region.
