By the way, it's also worth mentioning that companies like Zip Realty aren't even allowed to operate in some states (NH is one of them), because the "rebate" they used to offer (I believe they finally did away with this program in all states) is a violation of federal law.

Check for connections on water lines and drain lines under all sinks (and change out kitchen drains if starting to wear out), check for faucet drips; run showers to check for leaks; "rod" out drain lines with a "Zip It" (amazing what you might pull out).
