Hello BP,Does anyone have a wholesale purchase/assignment contract that fulfills any legal requirements GA has?

I'm a new Investor who also recently got my real estate license in Georgia and I have a few questions that I'm hoping to get some assistance with.Can I have a separate website for investing where I don't have to list my broker affiliation or the fact that I'm a Realtor?

Just today I sent a letter to an attorney representing an estate in GA so I'm game to send things to them just want to make sure this is the case.Also wanted to if those of you in Texas have to visit courthouses in specific counties or are you able find leads online?

Ok most don't know where Ringgold,Ga is, we are about 5-10 miles south of the Chattanooga area.

In October 2007, my husband and I bought two non-adjacent 3-acre lots in a development in the North Georgia Mountains (Jasper, GA).

I am currently working out of Jonesboro, GA.  

I am a wholesaler in Atlanta Ga focused on Decatur, Stone Mountain Area.  

A friend recently purchased an investment property in Georgia and suggested i look into that  area due to pricing and the fact that we have family in Georgia and plan to relocate down there after i retire.
