newbie here from Ringgold, Ga

Ok most don't know where Ringgold,Ga is, we are about 5-10 miles south of the Chattanooga area. Currently I have actually talked to 2 members on the site, and both your great guys. I have also had a few facebook people from here add me as well, I enjoy reading about what they do and how well they have done in there companies. What I am currently looking for is flips, weather its a f.s.b.o. ,preforclosure, or a foreclosure.  I am currently work for a large flooring corperation and I do the electrical and mechnical work at the plant. I am needing to network out it seems that attempting that around here is like pulling teeth, but there are a few exceptions like the ones I have met from here. Any advice is appreciated and well taken and I would like to thank the people., like you all that is on this site and willing to help somebody get started out and in the right direction.
