Hi all,I have a mobile home in a 55+ retirement community that I would like to sell, providing seller financing, since I own it in my IRA.I would like to advertise a proposed length of time and monthly payment so the potential buyer has an idea of their monthly cost, based on how much they are willing to put down. 

There are some property types, like raw land and mobile homes, that these lenders will not finance.

In the last year, I have been avidly trying to buy a mobile home park, I have had 2 (out of the maybe 40 that Ive spoke with owners) that were making progress.
