Advertising Seller Financing

Hi all,

I have a mobile home in a 55+ retirement community that I would like to sell, providing seller financing, since I own it in my IRA.

I would like to advertise a proposed length of time and monthly payment so the potential buyer has an idea of their monthly cost, based on how much they are willing to put down.  Can I advertise say payments of $XXX for 10 years, based on a 20% down, or $YYY for 10 years based on a 10% down?   Is this legal? Is there more info I need to include?

Thanks,

David
