You might say they are protecting thier turf, and they do.Ask a Mo. attorney.Doing a deal is seen differently than trying to flip contracts as a business, then you are seen as a dealer and using a method to circumvent the license laws, do one deal, maybe 2 and you could claim you just changed your mind not to buy.

they just want to make sure you're not a drug dealer, etc.but that's really conventional lenders...i'm pretty sure HML's are much less stringent, especially the HML's that are predatory lenders :shock:
