Hey everyone, I've been on here before but just created an account to get involved in the community! I'm a newb to Real Estate, but I'm a hard worker and I've learned a lot already over the past 3 months. Looking to start with wholesaling. Have a cash buyers list running strong already, have a ton of bandit signs out, and looking at properties w my Realtor. It hasn't been as easy as some people make it sound and I've hit some snags already. But, I was totally expecting it and looking forward to overcoming these challenges. I'm sure you all will be seeing a TON of questions from me!

Welcome aboard. You can get a lot of excellent information from the podcasts. The only ones' that indicate that it's easy are the ones that are trying to sell you programs. Keep at it, as they say "the harder I work, the luckier I get".
