To be honest there are only a few big employers in the state and while I've heard of some new ones entering the state, it seems like an uphill battle to me.At least in technology, the area I'm most familiar with outside of real estate, it's common knowledge that there are far fewer employers & jobs in RI, and the salaries are much lower, than heading up toward Boston.

Hi all,I moved from Houston to Boston in February and I have been looking at buying a multifamily in Boston since April..

My partner works remotely for her company in Boston still so is back in Providence every couple of months and both her parents have businesses in the city so I don't feel that credibility should be too big of a concern, I might be wrong though. 

Hi everyone,Does anyone have any advice on finding off-market deals for multifamily properties in the Boston area?

Im looking to purchase a multi-family property in the Boston area.

Purchase price: $550,000 Duplex multifamily with full basement in Boston MA.

I grew up not too far (Boston) and am very familiar with the area.

It is outside Boston but not the best commute to local hospitals.   

If they want to get out of the barracks and live more comfortably, they require two things- Transportation, and a place to stay.

The number for my area is much higher then actual demand due to the proximity to Boston although many do not want to go that far out.
