Finding Off-Market Multifamily Properties in Boston

Gibby Brook
Posted

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any advice on finding off-market deals for multifamily properties in the Boston area? I just graduated from undergrad, and I am looking to start investing in multifamily homes. I was hoping for some advice in my search. Is there anything else I can do to find properties (other than Zillow or the MLS)?

Thanks for your help!

@Avery Heilbron makes some very valid and realistic points about your position in the Greater Boston marketplace. Something you can consider to think outside the box would be to network with local agent to find out what they have to offer and create your own pipeline of deals such as mailers or calling campaigns so you have control over the inventory.
