The next time some non-landlord posts in this forum about how bad low-income -housing fixer slumlords should feel for taking advantage of our C/D-class tenants, I'm going to try not to jump down their throat, but no promises. 

Well their starting pay in my location is slightly above the minimum wage.

I am looking for the best locations in Pennsylvania to invest in rental properties.

In Texas, for example, these are included on the Statement of Ownership and Location (SOL). 

I have a property I brought in Maryland near Andrews Airbase, good location right.

The home I put under a contract is an amazing home in great condition and the location is fabulous too.

I'm assuming we will see an uptick in both locations for a short period while the displaced individuals look for temporary housing until insurance can fix their properties.

That's the other thought, that I buy in other locations, thinking Maryland where I have three other rental.
