Best locations for rentals in Pennsylvania?

Hello BP! I am a new investor, also new in real estate period. Currently I have a good amount of money saved up (I believe) to start. I am looking for the best locations in Pennsylvania to invest in rental properties. I am also open to other locations - right now I am based out of NY but the market here is extremely expensive. Any help/guidance would be great! Thank you.
