Or if you want to do it, learn to buy distressed, fix up and pull money out but not as much as people think like 80% probably closer to 75%.

In all I am learning that finance is better than refinance.

Looking to learn about real statements investments , multifamily, duplex, looking for advise.

I learned firsthand the meaning of sweat equity, even though I would ultimately realize very little equity.

:D Seriously though, I'm interested in learning exactly what they are, how they are traded, and how I could possible profit from brokering/connecting companies that trade MTN's with a few of my clients that have that type of buying power.

So i'm trying to grow my network and learn as much as I can.  

Keep learning and refining your approach, and you'll increase your chances of successful BRRRR deals.
