Please comment about any detail you can, I will greatly appreciate it as this is a culmination of a lot of work from studying from BP and books to put these numbers together and is what I will use for my first deal (unless someone corrects me.)My offer price is less than half of what they are listing, but I feel these numbers show the real value.

Include in this report is a reserve study, which outlines the required repairs an expenses for the next 10 years.  

I just started studying a little over a month ago and we both joined the local REIA shortly after as well.

Our property set doesn't seem to be what they're after and we've already had Roofstock assist us in raising the prices of units in areas where we didn't think it was possible anytime soon.

I have been interested and studying real estate for about 2 years now and decided now is the time to get in the mix and start actively looking for deals.

Learn from that person join their team, be their assistant, volunteer for anything they want. 

I'm willing to work for someone (manage rehabs, assist in property management duties, etc).

You really need a good PM or lawyer in your state to assist you in get the possession of the property. 

I think that would be a great way to hear about owners that want to off load their properties first.If you want your own property management company, start studying for you real estate exam now.
