Any of you live outside the U.S  or have experience on countries where the dollar stretches' the most, Im biased in Bolivia, SA, because my family is from there , im fluent in spanish and been visiting on/off since i was a child, longest time i stayed there was 1yr.

Hi @Yulia Volokhina,All of these markets are very close to each other geographically, so you're not going to see massive differences between any of these.

As an update though, we did move ahead and were able to secure a 1X close construction loan that automatically converts to a 30-year fixed rate. 

This approach allowed us to move quickly and efficiently, ensuring the project stayed on track.

My plan is to use FHA, 3.5% dp, seller covers closing costs.
