The way CA handles them should not be a problem.If you do happen to have a reference for an escrow officer in Southern CA that can expertly handle this type of transaction, I would gladly take the reference.Thank you SO much! 

A lot of the forums/webinars talk about a minimum 12% cash on cash return on rental property investments, but for someone just starting out and living in Southern California, a 20% down on a half a million dollar “deal” isn’t easy to come by, it seems the numbers never add up.

I'm curious what you mean by "Investor Friendly" Account Closed and why specific to Oceanside/Carlsbad area, as opposed to say, Southern California itself?
