Looking for tips on anylizing the best rental areas in state.
Helllo all! I am new to bigger pockets and have made up my mind and have commited to this exciting journey of REI. I am currently in the first stage which is building my education. I have determined that I would like to invest on small multifamily properties to buy and hold. I have started analyzing properties using the rental property calc so I am building some confidence there. Any resources, tips, videos etc. that breaks down or best explains how to identify the areas where the rental statistics/percentages are in favor of renting as opposed to buying. I am trying to find the areas where when the time comes and I purchase a property, I will have the confidence knowing I chose the best area. I am also trying to be as efficient with my free time as I can while working 50-60 hrs a week and I would be so grateful for anyone willing to shed any light. Also Bigger Pockets is my new drug lol keep up the amazing work everyone!
