You'd be hard pressed to convince a judge, let alone a jury, that this is a violation of your lease; both the letter of the lease and the spirit of the clause.Second, this is flirting with the line of a fair housing violation because you're messing with the concept of a tenant having child care; which relates to familial status, which is protected.Finally, your tenant, in any State, is entitled to the full use and enjoyment of your property while she rents it.

Best way is to get something under contract for a decent price and blast it out all over the internet and social media.
