Paid Mentor Wanted - Questions I should ask?

I have a solid team around me. My step father is a contractor and has been building for about 30 years. My close friend is a broker. I have a great attorney and I have been sourcing money overseas. Very soon I will be working on a deal or a two.

The most important thing is I want the first reno/flip to be profitable, documented and on time. I am willing to give a mentor a % of the deal for his or her efforts.

I have my own thoughts on what a mentor could bring to the table, but I wanted to also ask the community what questions they would ask if in my shoes.

I appreciate the well thought out responses I have seen and received on other posts. I hope to contribute success stories to this group shortly.
